Ever since the Janet Jackson wardrobe malfunction, people have been wondering about the way the FCC interprets and applies its rules about indecency. With Howard Stern and others being threatened recently with show cancellations or fines because of FCC violations, it's in everyone's mind.
But now radio consultancy Jacobs Media and the law firm Garvey Schubert Barer have created the Indecency I.Q. Test. It's really a fun way to kill a few minutes.
Who knows, maybe now media companies can pre-screen job applicants before the big interview! (i.e. candidates with Indecency IQ Test < 100 need not apply.) ;-)
